You'll join ourHospitality Industry Insurance (HII)business,



providing industry-specific workers compensation insurance to more than 1,600 accommodation hotels, pubs and clubs across NSW.
In this specialist role, you'll use your technical workers compensation and injury management expertise to support claims teams, manage complex scenarios and help deliver positive outcomes for workers and employers.
This is deeply meaningful work where your expertise, problem-solving and commitment to supporting others can make a real impact every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical guidance to claims teams on complex claims and legislative requirements
Develop and implement proactive injury management strategies
Provide specialist coaching and one‐on‐one support to claims team members
Support teams with complex work capacity, treatment and long-term claim decisions
Review claims management practices and identify emerging trends and opportunities for improvement
Work with Team Leaders to develop strategies that support team performance and outcomes
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

strong technical knowledge and ability to navigate complex workers compensation matters.
Do you have...
Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme
Experience in injury management within a fast‐paced workers compensation environment
Strong claims management experience, particularly with long‐term and litigated claims
Sound knowledge of work capacity and treatment approvals
Experience coaching, mentoring or providing technical support to others
Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and provide practical, considered advice
