You will initially support the CEO across executive coordination, HR and recruitment, business administration and selected personal matters, while being exposed to different areas of the group and progressively trained for broader responsibilities.About YouOur client is looking for someone who is:A recent university graduate or early-career professionalExceptionally detail-oriented and organisedA confident and polished communicatorProfessional, presentable and comfortable interacting with senior executives and external stakeholdersHighly capable with technology and AI tools and solutionsA fast learner with strong initiative and a willingness to take ownershipNaturally curious and interested in business, finance and investmentAble to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretionComfortable working in a quick-paced environment where priorities can changeProactive, resourceful and willing to solve problems rather than simply follow instructionsKey ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the CEO, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the CEO's schedule, meetings and prioritiesAssisting with business and personal administrationSupporting HR, recruitment and onboarding activitiesPreparing documents, presentations,
reports and correspondenceCoordinating meetings and follow-up actions across the groupConducting research and preparing summaries and analysisUsing AI tools to improve productivity, research, documentation and workflowsAssisting with internal projects and operational initiativesLiaising with employees, clients, advisers and external stakeholdersMaintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detailSupporting the CEO and senior management with ad-hoc projects and prioritiesThis position is designed for someone with long-term potential.As you develop, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the group, including finance, investments, operations, business development, technology and management.The intention is to progressively expand your responsibilities and develop you into a broader role within the business based on your strengths, interests and performance.What Our Client is Looking ForYou don't need years of experience.
