Job Description
Hungry Jack's in New South Wales is seeking a trainer/coach to develop crew across shifts and embed our values of Guest Obsessed and People Power.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring secure working conditions.
You will lead onboarding, coaching and mentoring, drive performance through practical training, and support sales growth through engaging service and upselling.
