Job Description
The role
Manage internal IT support tickets and act as the primary escalation point, triaging and resolving within agreed SLAs
Own endpoint lifecycle end to end: provisioning, configuration, deployment and decommissioning across the device fleet
Administer user accounts, permissions and group-based access following least privilege principles
Support Microsoft 365 administration and workplace collaboration tools including Teams, Slack and meeting room technology
Build and maintain IT documentation and a knowledge base to reduce recurring issues
What you'll bring
Experience supporting internal IT operations in a SaaS or corporate setting
Strong Microsoft 365, Teams and Slack experience
Experience supporting a Mac environment, with familiarity with Apple Business Manager
Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune or Jamf
Understanding of identity and access management concepts
