Job Description
CommBank at Westfield Miranda in Australia is seeking a Concierge to be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries and guiding them to the best channel.
You will build meaningful conversations and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options.
The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a courteous, qualified demeanour and the ability to manage expectations.
This is a part time position with rostered shifts.
