Executive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, Compliance and Evaluation ( GRACE)
We are partnering exclusively with apurpose-led organisation within the disability, aged care and human services sectorto appoint an experiencedExecutive Manager, Governance, Risk, Assurance, & Evaluation (GRACE).
The opportunity
This role will lead the organisation's approach to:
Governance and organisational integrity
Enterprise risk management
Internal audit and assurance
Regulatory compliance across aged care and disability services
Incident, complaints and serious incident response
Policy, systems, and continuous improvement
Building a strong risk, safety and compliance culture
You'll play a critical role in bringing together two complex regulatory environments and creating acoherent, practical governance, risk and compliance frameworkthat supports both operational excellence and quality outcomes.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a senior leader who brings:
Significant experience across governance, risk, audit or compliance
Strong knowledge of theaged care and/or NDIS regulatory setting, or another highly regulated human services environment




Experience designing and embedding enterprise risk and assurance frameworksThe ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
Strong Board, CEO and Executive stakeholder experience
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
The confidence to challenge, influence and provide trusted advice at an executive level
Formal qualifications in law, business, risk, audit, health, social care or a related discipline are desirable, with governance, risk or audit credentials highly regarded.
