Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz Dubbo location.

Duties:

Overseeing day to day operations
n
Manage, mentor and develop team
n
Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information,



daily operating controls and figures
n
Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
n
Completion of reports by due dates
n
Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly
n

Requirements:

Customer service and logistics experience
n
Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
n
Desire to achieve
n
Ability to work under pressure
n
Strong planning skills, organising skills and time management skills
n
Ability to capture growth prospects
n
Ability to problem solve
n
Ability to travel
n
Unrestricted driver's licence
n
Willing to complete a National Police Check
