Job Description

Mind Australia is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Adult Step-Up Step-Down (ASUSD) service in Bundaberg. The role supervises a multidisciplinary team, ensures recovery-oriented practice, and manages budgets, performance and stakeholder partnerships.

You will drive service delivery to adults aged 25–65, coordinate intake, assessments and care planning, and collaborate with hospital networks to support transitions and prevent admissions.
