About the role

We're looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Fine Dining experience - ideally from a hatted or Michelin-regonised kitchen - to join our team for an immediate start. You'll work with a deep knowledge of produce and tenchique, helping craft complex, seasonally driven dishes in a high-performing kitchen.

Many of our team relocate to the Peninsula specifically for the chance to work in this kitchen - we think it's work it, and we're looking for someone who'll feel the same.

You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence and mastering every detail,



and will be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities. This is a permanent position with a flexible weekly roster, with paid overtime.

Skills and experience

Advanced understanding of contemporary dining principles, with robust technical skills

Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts

Available for an immediate or near immediate start

Must be available to work weekends, with reliable transport required
