Job Description

Value Care Limited is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to own clinical support, compliance and quality across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA. The role is office-based in Sydney/Parramatta with regular interstate site travel and reports to the CEO.

You will lead clinical governance, ensure NDIs standards, manage audits and incidents, and drive continuous improvement across the group, with a robust emphasis on staff capability and high-quality person-centred care.
