Dialysis Australia is seeking Registered Nurses for home haemodialysis in Concord and across Sydney NSW.
The role focuses on delivering home-based dialysis care with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, enabling flexible shifts and a supportive team setting.
You will provide direct dialysis care, patient education, and care planning, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Willingness to relocate or work across QLD, VIC, SYD is supported.
