The Gem Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a growing, privately owned pub group on the Gold Coast.
You will be hands-on in gaming, bistro, and events, setting an example for customer service and coaching the team to perform at their best.
Flexibility with a seven-day roster, mostly night shifts, and a requirement for a Food Safety certificate, RMLV, RSA, and RSG.
You must have your own transport and a current driver's licence.
