Macpac is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Belconnen store, in Canberra's outdoor lifestyle hub.
You will support the Store Manager to optimize sales, safety, and store presentation while fostering a welcoming customer-focused workplace.Ideally you have management or supervisory experience, a passion for retail, and the ability to train, motivate and lead a team to deliver top-tier service and results.
Outdoor gear experience is nice but not essential; a love of the outdoors helps.
