Job Description
At Home Care is seeking a reliable disability support worker to lead, mentor and support team members at our SIL house in Ipswich.
Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and active overnights.
Experience as a Team Leader is preferred.
You will assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care, with 24/7 on-call clinical support and a dedicated coordinator for daily support and growth opportunities.
