What you'll do:
Take ownership of the agency's financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and operational efficiency
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue from existing clients and secure new business
Manage client relationships at a senior level, ensuring delivery on expectations and maintaining high satisfaction
Oversee campaign production from ideation through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on brief, on time, and within budget
Lead and mentor the internal team and offshore support, fostering a strong, high-performing culture
Expand and maintain the creator network,



ensuring high-quality content and fair partner payments
Prepare regular reports for the Board, outlining financials and operational updates
Collaborate with finance, legal and shared services teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance
What we're looking for:
At least five years' experience leading an agency or team within the social media, influencer marketing, or digital content space
Demonstrable success in managing P&L; and achieving revenue targets in a service-driven environment
Skilled in managing senior client relationships and stakeholder expectations
Proven leadership of small teams, including remote or contracted staff
Solid understanding of social content production, influencer dynamics, and platform-specific ad formats (TikTok and Meta preferred)
Strong business judgment, with the ability to evaluate scope, pricing, and contractual risks
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a founder-led culture
A calm, decisive, and authentic leadership style, with a proactive approach
Financial literacy and a keen eye for detail
