trusting relationships with children and their familiesWorking collaboratively as part of a supportive educator teamContributing to a secure, nurturing, and inclusive environmentObserving, documenting, and supporting each child's individual developmentWhat We're Looking ForEducators & Room Leaders with either a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT)Minimum 2+ years' industry experienceFull working rights (student visas will not be considered for this role)A genuine passion for early childhood educationStrong communication and teamwork skillsCurrent Working with Children CheckChild Protection & Child Safety TrainingFirst Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificationWhy Come to Us?
