Your core responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer support, both in person and over the phone, with warmth and professionalismProviding assistance with NRMA Insurance and The NRMA M&S; products in a way that meets customer needs and builds trustCollaborating with a small,



high-performing team to achieve individual sales targets and branch-wide goalsCompleting training and maintaining compliance, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products and proceduresAccurately receipting payments for Insurance and Membership transactions with attention to detailWhat We're Looking For:We're searching for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to our customer-focused environment.
