The ideal candidate will possess experience in Hospitality Management.Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality management experience.This position starts as a casual for training in Night Manager Duties and other venue area and leads to a full time PositionWe believe in allowing our employees to spend Christmas Day with their families.Candidates must be available for, night shifts, weekends, and the odd day shifts.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations and ensuring seamless functionality between the beverage and gaming areas to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.Applicants must have at least 1+ years of gaming operations experience to effectively manage gaming area responsibilities.As a Duty Manager,



your role will encompass the following responsibilities:Leadership capabilities with a solid focus on hospitality and people managementComprehensive knowledge of venue compliance, regulations, and operationsTraining, motivating, and ongoing development of staffManaging the venue's appearance and atmosphereBalancing of daily taking and data entryClosing the venue in a secure matterThe successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:Flexible availability, including day, night, weekends, and public holidaysExperience in various aspects of the hospitality industryReliable transportationTime management, problem solving, and attention to detailStrong organizational, motivational, and conflict resolution abilitiesRSA, RSG, and TAB certificates must be held at the time of application.RMLV and Approved Manager's LicenseIf you are looking to advance your career and are lacking experience in any of these areas, we are committed to providing training and professional development.
