Your responsibilities will include:Diagnose, service, repair and maintain mobility, disability and rehabilitation equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelinesAssemble, deliver and install equipment safely and efficiently at customer locationsTroubleshoot and fault-find mechanical, electrical and electronic componentsTest equipment following servicing and repairs to ensure it is operating safely and correctlyCommunicate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide clear,



friendly adviceDemonstrate and instruct customers on the safe and correct use of their equipmentMaintain accurate service records, including repairs, maintenance and equipment deliveriesPrepare, clean and store equipment returned to the workshopWork closely with the service and administration teams to prioritise jobs and provide an excellent customer experienceMaintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, secure and appropriately stocked with parts and consumablesFollow company policies, manufacturer requirements and relevant Work Health & Safety proceduresUse company-provided uniform and PPE as required, including hi-vis, safety footwear, eye protection, masks and glovesWe're looking for someone who:Has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys fault findingCan diagnose problems and work out practical solutionsIs comfortable using hand and power toolsHas experience with mechanical, electrical or electronic equipmentCan work independently without needing constant supervisionIs confident dealing directly with customersTakes pride in doing a job properlySkills and Experience:Demonstrated working knowledge and/or previous experience with mechanical and/or electronic equipmentForklift licence preferred, but not essentialBasic knowledge of MS Office required (on the job training will be provided for customised computer-based systems and apps)Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal form to facilitate dutiesHighly motivated and organised individual who has the ability to work within a team and independentlyA friendly personality with a desire to listen, understand and assist with client's needsAble to follow procedures and execute sequenced work instructions either from written and/or verbal communicationsHold a current New South Wales Driver's licence and have an excellent driving recordMust be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (3 doses)Willingness to undergo a National Police check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker CheckThis is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business.
