Field Service Technician – Gaming Machines & CRT TerminalsClub Gaming ServicesKogarah, Sydney NSWFull-TimeClub Gaming Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team.We specialise in the service, maintenance and repair of gaming machines, CRT terminals and associated equipment across pubs and clubs throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.This is a hands-on field-based role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently and providing a high level of service to customers.About the RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:Servicing, maintaining and repairing gaming machines and CRT terminalsDiagnosing and resolving hardware, electronic and technical faultsCompleting scheduled preventative maintenanceAttending breakdowns and service calls at customer venuesInstalling and relocating gaming equipment when requiredRecording service work and job details using our job management systemMaintaining valuable communication with venue staff and customersManaging parts and equipment required for daily service workWorking independently while also supporting the wider service teamAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Technically minded with strong fault-finding skillsReliable, punctual and well presentedComfortable working independently in the fieldAble to communicate professionally with customersOrganised and capable of managing multiple service callsWilling to learn and develop their technical knowledgePhysically capable of carrying out the requirements of the rolePrevious experience servicing gaming machines, CRT terminals or similar electronic/electrical equipment would be highly regarded.RequirementsApplicants must have:A current Australian driver's licenceA current NSW Gaming Machine Technician Licence, or the ability to obtain oneA National Police Check, or the ability to obtain oneFull Australian working rightsWhat We OfferFull-time, stable employmentCompany vehicle provided with personal use includedTraining and ongoing supportVariety of work across gaming machines, CRT terminals and associated equipmentOpportunity to develop your skills as the business continues to growSupportive small-team environmentIf you have a technical background, enjoy problem solving and are looking for a hands‐on field service role, we'd like to hear from you.
