Women's Community Shelters is seeking a Support Worker to join the Homewards Transitional Housing program at Beecroft House.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support vulnerable women with immediate needs and connections to services.The role requires a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, strong communication and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
You will help create a safe, welcoming workplace and support residents through programs and activities.
