Multiskilled Plant Operators – $*****/HR + PENALTIES, GOOD OT – WACOL
Are you an experienced plant operator ready for stable, well-paid work with a major international organisation?
We're seeking skilled Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for a large-scale industrial operation around the Wacol area.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity offering full-time hours, excellent earning potential and a qualified team that values experienced operators and invests in their development.
You'll be operating a range of heavy machinery in a well-structured environment with strong safety systems, modern plant and clear pathways for skill growth and equipment rotation.
IDEAL OPERATORS WILL HAVE:
Minimum 12 months' experience operating any of the below RIIMP ticketed machinery - ideally competent on two or more of the following:
Excavator
Loader
Grader
Compactor
Bulk Water / Moxy
The more machines you can operate, the greater your opportunity for variety and progression!
THE ROLE OFFERS:




$***** per hour + penalty rates
Average 9 – 12 hour shifts
6:00am day shift starts
Overtime and Saturday work available
Weekly pay
Long-term ongoing employment

Above Award hourly rates
Additional hourly allowances for multiple plant tickets
Industry allowances
Wet weather allowance
12 Rostered Days Off (RDOs) per year
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
Reliable transport is essential (site is not accessible by public transport)
Successful applicants must complete a pre-employment urine drug screen
