We're now looking for a driven Retail Salesperson to join our Dandenong or Thomastown showroom.This is a full time, in-showroom sales role (including Saturdays) for someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in doing the job well.
You'll guide customers through their flooring choices, prepare accurate quotes, and see each sale through from the first conversation to a confirmed order.
You don't need flooring experience — we provide full, paid training on our products, systems and sales process.
What you do need is real sales ability and the ambition to grow.We'll be upfront: this is a demanding, target-driven role, and we hold a high standard.
