As Warehouse Supervisor, you will beresponsible for organising and directing warehouse operations to effectivelymanage the receipt, storage, selection,



loading and dispatch of fresh produce.You'll work closely with the operational and sales teams to ensure customerorders are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining robust safety andquality standards.What You'll BeDoingDriving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliancewith WHS requirementsLeading and supervising daily warehouse operationsCoordinating receiving, storage, inventory managementand dispatch activitiesManaging daily rosters and workforce planning to ensureoperational coverageAllocating resources to meet daily, weekly and monthlyperformance targetsMaintaining accurate stock control and pallet managementSupporting and developing team membersWhat You'llBring to the RolePrevious experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, TeamLeader or similar leadership roleCurrent Forklift Licence preferredExperience within logistics, warehousing, FMCG or freshproduce environmentsExcellent planning, organisation and communicationskillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and meet tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving ability and continuousimprovement mindsetCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsWe Care forOur PeoplePeopleare the heart of Costa.
