This is a hands-on role responsible for accurately weighing and blending powdered raw materials to produce quality finished products.About The RoleAs a Blending Team Member, you will play an key role in our day-to-day production operations ensuring our blends for manufacturing are ready for production, efficiently and to the required quality standards.What you'll be doingAccurately weighing and handling powdered raw materials in line with batch sheets and formulationsLoading raw materials into blending equipmentOperating weighing, blending and production equipment safely and efficientlyTransferring blended product to designated containers or the next stage of productionFollowing SOPs, GMP and food safety requirementsSupporting allergen management and contamination controlDismantle,



clean and reassemble production machinery as required for production standardsPicking raw materials for production orders & basic computer work for batch tracking to maintain accurate material traceabilityEnsuring raw materials and finished products are handled and stored correctlyWorking closely with the wider production team to meet daily production requirementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in doing things properly.You'll ideally have:A current forklift licence - essentialExperience working with powdered raw materialsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and an understanding of allergen management would be highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused approachA strong commitment to safety and qualityExperience in GMP, pharmaceutical, nutrition, food, cosmetic or similar manufacturing environments will be highly regardedWhat's in it for you?
