This is not a travel consultant role—it's an administrative position within a travel company, ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, juggling priorities, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.About the RoleFull-time, permanent position based in our Springwood office (must work onsite)Standard hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage tour contracting and supplier confirmationsCoordinate day-to-day tour operations and ensure all inclusions are booked and documentedMaintain and update tour itineraries,



documents and operational systemsLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure tour readinessRespond to customer enquiries via phone and email (no sales targets)About YouPrevious experience in event planning or coordination, especially managing logistics and supplier bookingsStrong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel confidently, as these platforms are essential to our daily operationsComfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsTech-savvy and confident working with digital systems and documentationWhy Join Us?
