The role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently while also being part of a busy team environment.Key responsibilitiesGeneral office administration and data entryEntering and processing invoices through XeroEnd of Month Reporting, liaising with our Accountant on occasionManaging and monitoring the company's shared inboxBooking company accommodation, when requiredManaging vehicle servicing and insuranceOrdering office supplies and general stockAssisting Directors and Supervisors with administrative tasksCommunicating with staff,



clients and external suppliersMaintaining organised records and company documentationAbout youHas previous experience in administration, office coordination or a similar roleIs highly organised and has excellent attention to detailHas good computer skills and is confident learning current systemsExperience with MYOB or Xero is highly regardedHas strong written and verbal communication skillsCan prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesIs reliable, professional and able to work with minimal supervisionHolds a current driver's licenceFull-time position with flexible hours to suit the right candidateOpportunity to work with an established and growing local companyVaried role with no two days being exactly the sameSupportive and professional working environmentDirect involvement with the Directors and management teamOpportunity to develop your administration and WHS skills within the commercial construction industry
