City FM Australia is seeking a customer service representative to support Coles, joining a rapid-paced professional team on a full-time permanent basis.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm on a rotating roster, in a modern on-site building with free parking.You will manage a high volume of calls and build rapport with customers while delivering exceptional service.
