The After Hours Supervisor role manages our home after hours (with the support of oncall).
Additional shifts may be available at Brighton and/or our Brighton East homes.About youTo be successful in this position, you will person-centred; highly organised and committed to delivering excellent care.Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential settingHave availability to work between Monday and FridayProven effective and kind communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to foster teamwork and effectively coordinate personal care services whilst providing clinical careAble to work autonomously,



having an understanding of accountability and the importance of consultationAbility to work as Chief Warden to manage emergency situations within established processes (for after hours supervisor shifts)We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
