In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager,



receiving guidance and support while playing a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerEntering jobs/leads into our job management system and updating client portalsAssisting operations team with scheduling and co-ordination of service jobsAssisting field staff with enquires and office supportProviding job updates to clientsAssigning rural work orders to sub-contractors and ensuring KPIs are metMaintaining and updating of company records and proceduresIdeal Candidate Attributes:Experience using job management software such asSimPro (highly desirable)Robust administrative and communication skillsStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to work well in a team and independentlyHigh attention to detail and time management skillsPrevious experience in a field service or trade-based environment preferred
