Arethusa College is an independent, co-educational school catering for students from Year 7 to Year 12.
Arethusa College provides an alternative approach to education for students where previous schooling in a mainstream setting has not been successful due to social, emotional, physical, educational, familial or situational difficulties.

The College provides supportive and educational programs to assist students' social, emotional and physical health.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Track and respond to all enrolments from initial enquiry through to enrolment and commencement at the CollegeMaintain accurate and complete student records and ensure prospective students are processed to enrolment in an efficient mannerProcess enrolment applications from Digistorm,



Email or paper copiesManage and maintain the enrolment tracker and student transfer trackerProcess relevant paperwork – Interview notes, student transfer notesAssist with the attendance data for Annual ReportsUpdate student details on the Student Management System (TASS)Follow and maintain student exit processBuild relationships and liaise with families and/or stakeholdersAny other task that would reasonably fit under the responsibility of an Enrolments OfficerArrange ID Cards for studentsSkills, Experience & AbilitiesThe successful applicant will demonstrate:Previous administration experience in a dynamic environment (a school and/or education setting is desirable)Hold a Certificate II in Administration (desirable)Experience in school data systems (TASS preferable) and enrolmentsHighly motivated and confident in communicating with families and stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsModerate computing skills including experience with MS OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamWell-developed organisational skillsAbility to use initiative and apply sound judgementAbility to exercise discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential issues and informationAbility to manage and prioritise deadlinesHigh standard of personal presentationBe flexible with dutiesAbility and capacity to be adaptable and work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic work environmentBe a quick thinker who can manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to be solution focused with problem solving capabilitiesQualifications and Requirements:Current Queensland Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Current Driver's Licence.
