Hourly Rate is dependent on your abilities & experience.The requirements for each position are as follows:Able to screed flatBe on time and reliableBe clean, tidy and take pride in your workGeneral knowledge ofsteel fixing and formworkFinish concrete to a high standardBe able to do exposed concreting to a high level.Be able to form up civil works (driveways, pram ramps, footpath, stormwater pits etc).
Leading Hand:Manage a job from start to finish to a high standardAchieving deadlines within budgetCommunicate with builders and managementBe able to take charge and direct a crew.Be able to read civil plans.Be able to screed and finish to a high level.Be able to do exposed concreting to a high level.Be able to form up civil works (driveways, pram ramps, footpath, stormwater pits etc).
Be able to manage subcontractors.Be physically fit.Be able to work in a team setting with a positive attitude.
