An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Officer to join a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation managing a growing portfolio of medium and high-density residential assets.Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and compliance of essential building services, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, functional and well maintained.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with facilities, building services or residential asset management experience who enjoys a varied role, contractor management and working across multiple sites.The RoleManage essential building services including fire systems, lifts, HVAC, security and shared infrastructureCoordinate planned preventative maintenance programs and service contractsManage contractors and external service providers, ensuring quality, safety and value for moneyConduct regular site inspections across the residential portfolioCoordinate defect rectification and warranty works across newer propertiesAssist with procurement and tender processes for facilities contractsMaintain facilities records, compliance documentation and contractor reportingMonitor building compliance, WHS and essential service requirementsIdentify operational risks and recommend improvements or future capital worksBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, contractors and suppliersAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive,
