Mploy HR Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Boronia, VIC.
This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our manufacturing operations.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining machinery, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.The Incumbent will produce quality products, efficiently and effectively, adhering to the Formulating Procedure Sheet (FPS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and proceeding in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standardsThere are three openings for this role.
2x Afternoon Operators & 1x Day ShiftKey responsibilitiesOperating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and production equipment according to specifications and safety protocolsSetting up machinery, adjusting parameters, and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performanceConducting routine maintenance checks and performing basic troubleshooting on production equipmentInspecting products for defects and quality issues, ensuring compliance with quality standardsRecording production data, machine performance metrics, and any issues encountered during shiftsMaintaining a clean,



organised and secure work environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and reporting them to supervisorsFollowing standard operating procedures and company policies consistentlyCollaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlinesResponding promptly to equipment malfunctions and reporting problems to maintenance teamsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a similar machine operation role in either Pharmaceutical or Food industry (minimum 1 year)Strong understanding of machinery operation, maintenance and safety protocolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructionsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksReliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing environmentsProblem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to unexpected issuesCommunication skills and willingness to take direction from supervisorsWhat we offerMploy HR Group Pty Ltd is committed to supporting our employees with competitive wages, a safe working environment, and opportunities for professional development.
