Job Description

Melbar is seeking an energetic and driven Full time Care Partner to join a vibrant team delivering in-home aged care services across the Sydney metropolitan area. You will assess, coordinate, and manage care plans, focusing on client needs with an emphasis on quality and safety.

You will work with a supportive service coordination team and be offered adaptable hybrid work up to 3 days at home, with prospects for incentives and career development.
