Maloney’s Hotel in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the venue’s bar, bistro, gaming, functions, entertainment and guest services, ensuring smooth, protected and compliant operations.

You will lead staff, coordinate rosters, monitor sales and costs, ensure liquor licensing and WHS compliance, handle customer issues, and report performance to senior management. Diploma qualification and RSA/RCG certificates are required, with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
