Redcape Hospitality is looking for experienced Assistant Managers to join our teams across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

You’ll lead from the floor, work alongside your Venue Manager and help build a team you’re proud of.

What you’ll be doing
Lead as Manager on Duty, set clear priorities and keep the venue running smoothly
Coach and develop team members while recognising solid performance
Maintain high standards across service, presentation and guest experience
Keep liquor, gaming, safety and operational compliance on track
Manage shift labour, stock and cash procedures, and complete venue reporting
Work with the leadership team to put practical improvements into action
What we’re looking for
Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar hospitality venue
Confidence coordinating different areas of the venue and making decisions
A hands-on leader who sets clear expectations and brings out the best in people
Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
Current NSW RSA and RCG, with ARCG completed or willingness to complete it before supervising gaming operations
Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
