About the Role

n

We're seeking an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join us providing services across aged care and NDIS clients.

n

You'll have the chance to work with a diverse client base, delivering evidence-based nutritional assessments, tailored interventions and practical recommendations that support clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver individualised nutrition assessments and interventions across aged care and NDIS
n
Develop practical, achievable dietary plans aligned with client goals
n
Provide education and ongoing support to clients, carers and families
n
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia
n
Experience in community, aged care and/or NDIS settings
n
Robust communication and rapport-building skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
