Incoming Manager will need a “hands on” approach as well as being strategic to manage this business and join a small passionate team
n
We sellall the major brands in the hair and beauty industry with a diverse range of products.
n
To be successful you must:
n
Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
Have the ability to effectively operate a store.
n
Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
n
Have experience in sales, with an understanding or history with stock control.
n
Be motivated and have a outstanding eye for detail
n
You will need to be confident and outgoing.
n
Hairdressing/Beauty background is essential
n
Have previous management experience
n
Key responsibilities include
n
In store sales,
assisting with customers in person and by phone.
n
Monitor stock levels of all products and ordering when required.
n
Picking and packingorders, including invoicing and branch transfers.
n
Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.
n
General administration.
n
Opening and closing of the store and cash handling/banking.
n
Planning growth of the store in consultation with management.
n
Position is Full time Tuesday to Saturday.
n
Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands.
n
Apart from running the store in house - there are training courses to be organised and also promotion of our major brands.
n
