We are one of Australia's largest importers of building materials, timber, and engineered wood products.Due to continued growth, we require an additionalAccounts Receivable Officer to join our team based at our Northmead head office.Reporting to the Financial Controller , you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:Communicating with and collecting debt from clientsAchieving monthly debt collection targetResolving customer queries and issuesProcessing invoices and credit notesCoordinating credit applications and reference checksPreparing complex account reconciliations as requiredPerforming other ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as neededThe successful candidate will have:Minimum of 2 years of credit/accounts receivable experienceEffective verbal and written communicationExperience in large ERP systems and Excel (intermediate level is essential)Attention to detail and accurateSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOn Offer:Convenient location accessible by public transport;Monthly staff lunches and regular staff celebrations;On the job training and development;Career progression for the right person.
