investigate discrepancies and complete reconciliationsApply relevant employment conditions in accordance with the National Employment StandardsWork proactively with employees, supervisors and managers to resolve queries and obtain approvalsMaintain accurate records and reporting while helping improve processes and maximise the COINS ERP systemAbout YouPrevious payroll experience and an understanding of the end‐to‐end payroll processConfidence working with payroll systems, technology and high‐volume dataStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistenciesA proactive and accountable approach to resolving problemsThe confidence to engage with and influence people at every levelThe ambition and learning agility to take on greater responsibilityExperience with construction payroll, enterprise agreements or COINS ERP would be helpful, but it is not essential.
