KJ Industrial Scaffolding is seeking reliable and safety-focused Yardperson/Labourers to work in our scaffold yards.
This is a physical role involving regular manual handling of scaffold components and working in an industrial yard environment.We will provide training experience is not essential.You will work alongside the Yard Leading Hand and report to the Yard Supervisor.Your responsibilities will include:Picking, counting, tagging and preparing scaffold materials for dispatchManual handling of scaffold components including tubes, boards and fittingsLoading and unloading trucks safely and efficientlyWeighing and checking materials to ensure accuracyAccurately entering material movements into our online systemInspecting materials for damage and reporting any issuesMaintaining a clean, organised and safe yardFollowing all safe work procedures,



site rules and PPE requirementsSkills & Experience:Is physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handlingHas a strong focus on safety and follows proceduresHas good attention to detail and takes pride in accuracyWorks well both independently and as part of a teamCommunicates clearly and follows instructionsIs reliable, punctual and has a robust work ethicHas basic computer skills and is willing to learn new systemsMandatory Requirements:Legal right to work in AustraliaAbility to pass a pre-employment drug and audio testPreferred but not essential:NSW Driver's Licence (MR/HR/HC advantageous)Forklift licence (or willing to get)Experience in scaffolding, construction or yard operationsWhy Join KJ Industrial Scaffolding?
