Wednesday, ThursdayReporting to the Care Manager, you'll provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while playing an important leadership role within the care team.
You will:Deliver exceptional clinical care in line with best-practice nursing standardsTake the lead on shift, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to our personal care teamBuild trusting relationships with residents and their familiesSupport a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleaguesApply your clinical judgement and expertise to identify and respond to changing resident needsFollow clinical, safety and organisational policies and proceduresWhat you'll bring:We're looking for an RN who combines strong clinical capability with genuine warmth and compassion.
You'll have:Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent2+ years' nursing experience, ideally including aged careKnowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality StandardsUnderstanding of AN-ACC assessment processesStrong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditionsThe confidence to coach, mentor and support care staffStrong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skillsA positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skillsWillingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearanceMake your next move meaningfulYou've worked hard to build your nursing career.
