Repco Booval is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role.
You will work with the Store Manager to drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.You should have supervisory or retail leadership experience, a passion for cars, and the ability to work flexible schedule, including opening/closing duties.
A valid driver's license is preferred and safety is a top priority.
