We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role that combines customer portal management, outbound sales, and exceptional customer service, working closely with our Scheduling and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Your primary focus will be managing customer portals, proactively generating sales through outbound calls, and ensuring both recent and existing customers receive outstanding service from their first interaction through to completion.What you'll be doing:Manage and maintain customer portals, ensuring information and service requirements are accurate and up to dateGenerate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound callingFollow up leads,



quotes and customer opportunities to maximise salesBuild strong relationships with new and existing customersProvide exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiriesIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutionsWork closely with Scheduling and Operations to coordinate customer requirementsEnsure a seamless customer journey from the initial phone call through to service completionAchieve agreed sales and customer service targetsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in sales, customer service, account coordination or a similar roleConfident and engaging communication skillsComfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for the businessStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail when managing customer information and portalsA customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to deliver great serviceA positive, energetic and team-focused attitudeSomeone who enjoys achieving results and contributing to a great teamIf you're motivated by sales, great customer experiences and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
