Behind every great guest experience is a strong finance team ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Coordinator to take ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Office operations while supporting budgeting, reporting and financial controls across the business.
This role has the potential to be Part Time or Full Time for the right candidate.What you'll be doingManaging supplier invoices and creditor accountsProcessing customer invoicing and monitoring debtor balancesFollowing up outstanding accounts and resolving account enquiriesReconciling daily cash takings, banking and EFTPOS settlementsCompleting bank, cash and revenue reconciliationsSupporting month-end reporting and audit preparationAssisting leaders with budget tracking and expenditure reportingMaintaining financial accuracy,



compliance and internal controlsIdentifying opportunities to improve finance systems and processesWhat you'll bringExperience in Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableStrong reconciliation and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with accounting software (Xero highly regarded)Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environmentCertificate IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance or equivalent experienceWhy join Gumbuya World?
