You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapeutic massage treatments appropriate to individual client needs.
This involves using a range of manual techniques, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction while maintaining accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress reports.
You will also provide clients with rehabilitation advice,



including stretching exercises and relaxation techniques.
Continuing professional development is encouraged to stay updated with the latest techniques and therapies.
This role is available for casual employment.About You:You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, enhancing their self-esteem and help empower them to manage their health.Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Massage Therapy is essential, and membership with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) is preferredValid National Police CheckUpdated First Aid & CPR CertificateMust have a mobile smart phone and able to navigate through various applicationsExperience and expertise in aged care massage is preferredExperience in conducting physical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based clinical interventionThrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCompassionate, patient, and empathetic attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn, develop and take on recent challenges
