We're passionate about what we do, and excited to welcome someone like you to our team.What You'll Do:Operating and monitoring dairy manufacturing equipment (e.g., liquid and powder mixing and blending equipment, food product dryers, pasteurisers, fillers, and packaging machines)Collaborate with maintenance with regards to routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothlyFollowing safety and food quality guidelines at all timesEnsuring production targets are met while maintaining product integrityCollaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize production processesWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experienceExperience working in Hygienic clean environment - HACCP and GMP on siteMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environmentA proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a teamAbility to carry out manual handling tasksFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends when needed (Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift)Why Work With Us?
