The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our branch.This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales support and branch administration.
You will help keep the branch organised while proactively contacting customers to generate service bookings and identify sales opportunities.This is not a management role.
We need someone who enjoys speaking with customers, follows through on tasks and takes responsibility for ensuring the everyday requirements of the branch are handled.Key responsibilitiesProactively contact existing customers to discuss their equipment and upcoming service requirementsSchedule service bookings and follow up outstanding customer enquiriesIdentify opportunities for service, parts and other salesAnswer incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful customer serviceMaintain accurate customer information and follow-up recordsAssist the service and sales teams with customer communicationHandle general branch administration, paperwork,



mail and correspondenceHelp coordinate appointments, deliveries and branch activitiesFollow up customers after work has been completedEnsure enquiries and customer requests are followed through to completionSupport the branch team wherever requiredAbout youYou will be someone who:Is confident speaking with customers over the phoneHas a proactive approach and is comfortable making outbound customer callsIs friendly, professional and genuinely enjoys helping peopleIs highly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesTakes ownership of tasks and follows throughHas strong written and verbal communication skillsIs comfortable using computer systems, email and Microsoft OfficeWorks well as part of a teamBrings a positive and solutions-focused attitude to the workplacePrevious experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, sales support or a similar branch-based role would be highly regarded.
