You'll work closely with the Catering team to prepare nutritious meals while meeting food safety, hygiene and operational requirements.
You'll also support and train prison workers, helping create a protected, respectful and well-organised kitchen environment.
This is a practical, hands‐on role where your attention to detail and collaborative approach will make a meaningful difference every day.As a Caterer in the Catering team, you'll make a positive impact by:Preparing and serving consistent, nutritious and well‐presented mealsMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and HACCP complianceSupporting the Catering Manager with efficient day‐to‐day kitchen operationsTraining and supporting prison workers and catering staffManaging stock, equipment and kitchen assets accurately and securelyPromoting a safe,
